"If you are considering selling your home, I would highly recommend Carol Nigh Realty. My sister passed away and we needed to sell her home in Oak Creek in order to settle her estate. When someone dies, their heirs get flooded by realtors and those that want to purchase the home for cash and flip the home. We did not know who to select, but after careful evaluation we selected Carol Nigh to be our realtor.

We lived over 80 miles away and Carol provided many options/services that many other realtors did not offer. First of all she spent time with us explaining all the options and services that were available, and answered any questions we had about selling the home. She has established a working relationship with people/services that could run an estate sale for us, do a whole house clean out, prep the landscaping, and stage the home with furniture. She was also able to coordinate these services, so we did not have to be there.
